It’s not ok to steal images!

It has come to my attention that images of our vehicles are being used on other chauffeur and exec car businesses websites

This is not a message for our usual followers as such but more a public statement for those who are thinking of using images from our Facebook page, twitter, Instagram or our website (www.a52cars.co.uk) to represent their own business or online presence.

I am not alluding to sharing of A52 Executive Cars social media posts which is absolutely fine, but to people copying photographs taken by us and using them to advertise their own business.
 
All images that appear online in relation to A52 Executive Cars have been taken by myself or our drivers. Any that have been supplied by colleagues or clients are used with their implicit consent. Therefore the copyright of such images is completely owned by A52 Executive Cars / A52 Cars Limited.
 
It has recently been brought to my attention that images of A52 Executive Cars vehicles are being used by other chauffeur and executive car operators around the country on their website and social media platforms and being passed on as their own vehicles. In some cases, the images have been cropped or edited to remove number plates or edited to say their own company name across the number plate.
 
These websites and companies have not asked for permission and have no right to use these images. If we come across these images being used without consent, we will first ask you politely to remove them. If this is not done you will be forwarded an invoice for their use and we will take legal action if required.
