What this means for the traveller is you have the perfect set of tools to ensure your booking goes smoothly from the very first contact. Both booker and passengers can receive automated texts or emails throughout the life of the job. On booking, you will be emailed a confirmation PDF with full details. On the evening before travel, all passengers will receive confirmation of their driver and vehicle, including photographs of each, car registration and license details. On the day of travel we will inform you by text when your chauffeur is en route and when they have arrived.
